Did you know…?

  • 1 out of 3 girls, and 1 out of every 5 boys are sexually abused in the United States before the age of 18.
  • Abuse occurs in private, so children face their perpetrators ALONE.
  • When a child is sexually abused, they are wounded psychologically, often perform poorly academically, and experience behavior problems.

In its commitment to helping children develop and maintain emotional health, EQ4KIDS™ teaches children in the classroom environment body safety rules that help to protect them against a potential danger that can rob children of their very selves.

GOOD-TOUCH/BAD-TOUCH® is a comprehensive child abuse prevention curriculum designed for pre-school and Kindergarten through sixth grade students, which works as a tool to teach children the skills they need to play a significant role in prevention or interruption of child abuse/sexual abuse in their own lives.

GOOD-TOUCH/BAD-TOUCH® is NOT sex education, nor does it discuss anatomical body parts. It is violence prevention, meeting many schools' health and safety curriculum objectives.
